    They had an issue with getting in touch with the church that the flowers I ordered was going to, but they reached out and worked with me to find a solution so that the plant would get there in time for the funeral on time. They were very helpful, kind and professional. I highly recommend them

    Ordered flowers for a friend after a tragic loss and they were BEAUTIFUL!! They definitely put a smile on her face and I was so happy with the arrangement that was delivered. The delivery driver also called to update me when he dropped off the flowers and he was very kind. I ordered these early on a Saturday morning same day delivery and they were delivered before lunch. Very impressed. 5 stars

    The team knocked it out of the park again! I needed an arrangement for my mother's b-day today. I found one online that I REALLY liked & called the store to get more info. Unfortunately, we weren't able to make that one due to specific supplies running low & the fact that they're currently inundated w/orders.(I had no idea this is homecoming weekend for some.) Despite all of that, the team STILL went above & beyond to help me find an equally beautiful choice for Mom; even found time to deliver! Spoiler: Mom loved it! He tried to contact her and when she didn’t answer, he called me for instructions and was able to leave the flowers with a neighbor. Tony made my day!! The flowers looked great and as advertised!     This is the second order I have placed with LaBloom Florist. They have both been exquisite! I do not usually order flowers or arrangements because in the past, I ordered from other companies and did not feel the value or quality was worth the price. The two arrangements I have ordered from LaBloom far exceeded my expectations. If at all possible, I will never order from another florist as long as LaBloom's quality remains consistent.

Between taxes and the $22. delivery charge it eats up the flowers part pretty fast.     I don’t live in town and ordered an arrangement to be delivered for my mom for Mother’s Day. What was delivered was pretty, but looked nothing like what I ordered. I understand a lot of times some flowers aren’t available, but I’m pretty disappointed because I picked a “celebrate mom arrangement” which had a combo of red, pink, and purple flowers. What she got was a lot of yellow and orange and some purple.

    The way our online system works we are unable to give the free delivery. If you call the store directly we can give you the free delivery.     It was first-class costumer service! Unfortunately, that type of service is hard to find nowadays. You stopped what you were doing and came from the back to help me out. You called the distributor to see if they had any in stock. Then you gave me 5-10 minutes of your time instead of rushing to the back after you set me up. You then offer a discounted price for the singing balloon and ending up giving it to us for free.     I went in to Kabloom expecting a chain and the service that generally gets you only to be pleasantly surprised to find out that Kabloom is not only locally owned and operated but totally service oriented! It's nice to meet new local business owner's that are friendly, professional and really care about their customers! I had a problem with a delivery, not of really of their making, and they remedied my situation promptly and with a wonderfully helpful attitude!
