    Beautiful plant arrangement was delivered to hospital for a dear friend. I didn't have a room number and the staff member asked for patients name and said she would take care of it. She even sent me an image of the plant with flowers and confirmed it was delivered! Great customer service and so nice! Would highly recommend their flower service!

    Clearly states on their website Same Day Delivery but other websites make that claim and then you look at the other's calendars and it's not actually the case when trying to schedule the delivery. Rosebud flawlessly delivered the same day. There was some confusion about which funeral home because the obituary came from one funeral home and the showing was at another funeral home. The person at Rosebud called me to verify and then she called the funeral home to clear up any possible confusion before the delivery. That's great customer service. Really impressed with their prices and quality too

    I liked that they are local. I feel like we're neighbors.I really appreciated they could deliver the same day. My Mom needed a pick-me-up on a very sad day and they were there to help.     I have never been so pleased with a flower arrangement than the one I ordered from here! I placed the order late in the evening and someone called me around 8pm to let me know that they was out of pink roses, asked if I wanted to cancel or If she could put some other flowers on, I said yes, make it as beautiful as possible and that’s exactly what she did!! Flowers for funerals are always expensive, these was a fair price and what I got was worth it! I appreciated this so much, the family lost a beauty and these flowers was comforting! Thank you!!

    I am some what dissapointed in these flowers that my kids sent me for Valentines Day. They were beautiful on arrival but by the next day, the main flower in the arrangement had totally wilted and had to be removed. The tiger lilies are not doing very well either. I know these are supposed to last quite a few days, and mine are withering after 2 days. I do change the water regularly as recommended, and wonder if these were just not as fresh as they should have been. I have not complained to my kids, as I did not want to make them unhappy.
